CT Technologist
Schedule: Monday - Thursday, 1:00 PM - 11:30 PM
Location: Medical City McKinney Hospital

This Position Is Eligible for a 20K Sign On Bonus!

"Join us at any one of our Medical City Healthcare facilities on Wednesday each week between 2-4 for in person interviews. Same day offers are extended in most cases. "


Position Summary:
Performs superior / quality CT & MRI scans on all ages under the direction of a Radiologist. Maintains a safe and therapeutic diagnostic environment based on practice standards, magnet safety guidelines. Participates in departmental Improvement Activities.

Education/Experience Required:
  • High School graduate or GED required
  • Graduate of AMA approved school of Radiology Technologist
  • Registered with the state of Texas
License/Certification Required:
  • Must be certified by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and/or appropriate state licensure and have six month supervised clinical MRI scanning; or, if the technologist was performing MRI prior to 1996, must have competence assessed by radiologist
  • Maintains Healthcare Provider Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Skills & Abilities:
  • Magnet safety
  • CT competence preferred
  • Must be able to take call and respond to acute care needs
Special Demands:
  • Must answer pages for call in ten minutes and respond to call back in 30 minutes.
