Nurse Manager Neuro PCU

Under the supervision of the Director of Progressive Care, the nurse manager shares 24-hour accountability and additional responsibility for the effective and efficient operation of the Medical Surgical department.  Functions will be performed in accordance with the nurse practitioner in a manner consistent with the mission and goals of the organization

Medical City Fort Worth is licensed for 348 beds and offers comprehensive diagnostic and treatment services in a wide range of specialties. Part of the Texas Stroke Institute stroke care network, the hospital is a Comprehensive Stroke Center and a Joint Commission-certified chest pain center.   • Graduate of an accredited professional school or Nursing with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

  • 3 years experience in a progressive care unit.

  • Current RN licensure by the State of Texas or from a Compact State if you declare the Compact State your Primary State of Residence

  • Basic Life Support (BLS)

  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)

  • National Certification in area of expertise preferred.
