Responsibilities:

  • Collaborative development, management, and delivery/execution of clinical education programs for HCA’s Clinical Education Service Line
  • Assumes accountability for the educational aspects of orientation, onboarding of clinical employees, competency management, clinical professional development, and the development of education, including inter-professional collaboration
  • Facilitates work across workgroups, interacting with various stakeholders to ensure all course material is developed and implemented using HCA’s Clinical Education Services Line education standards

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing required
  • Master’s Degree in Nursing or Education required 
  • 5+ years experience in an acute care setting required
  • 2+ years experience in clinical education, organizational development, or human resources required
  • Licensed as a registered nurse in the state of practice and/or has an active compact license in accordance with law and regulation
  • Certified Nurse Education( ANPD) within 12 months
