Job Summary and Qualifications

The Administrative Coordinator for Occupational and Employee Health supports high quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of clerical services integral to daily departmental operations. The Administrative Coordinator plans, prioritizes, and organizes a diversified workload, including reception, communications, supply and client acquisition, billing and records management. The Administrative Coordinator also evaluates office policies and procedures and recommends changes to improve performance.

What qualifications you will need:

EDUCATION REQUIRED AND/OR PREFERRED: 

High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.

Bachelor’s Degree preferred, or five years of customer service experience in lieu of a Bachelors degree.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED: 

2+ years applicable experience required.

LICENSURE/CERTIFICATION:

Ergonomic Certification/Experience preferred, but not required.
