Certified Surgical Technician Lead - Burn Service Line Lead
We are seeking OR Technician Lead. If you are an experienced OR Tech / Surgical Tech, this is a good opportunity. You will work under the direct supervision of the circulating OR RN. You will use your advanced clinical skills in the care of our surgical patients. You will facilitate the daily operations of the Operating Room ensuring efficiency, teamwork, safety and most importantly quality of care.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements
· Education: Graduate of an accredited school of Surgical Technologist
· Experience: Minimum two years previous OR Tech experience is required
· Licensure/Certifications: CST Certification required. (CCAHEP) or equivalent
· BLS (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) required upon hire
· Clear communication with the surgical board coordinator, physicians and advance care professionals is essential

We are the only state-designated Level II trauma center in Manatee, Sarasota and DeSoto Counties. We have received verification by the American College of Surgeons. Our services include 24-hour emergency care, open-heart surgery, burn care, cancer care, joint replacement and inpatient rehabilitation.
