Job Summary and Qualifications

Prepares routine federal, state and local income tax returns, for both corporations and partnerships, including the reconciliation of deferred income taxes and state estimates and extensions.

Duties include but not limited to:

• Prepares federal, state and local income tax returns for corporations and partnerships.
• Assists in the calculation of the consolidated federal/state income tax liabilities for quarterly and year-end financial statements.
• Assists in the reconciliation of deferred income taxes for consolidating partnership investments.
• Analyzes tax assessment notices and then responds verbally and/or in writing.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree required
