We are seeking a Director of Behavioral Health - Outpatient Services for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Oversees all administrative, clinical, and supervisory aspects of Outpatient Services and EAP. Responsible for all aspects of outpatient clinic and day hospital functions including leadership, operations, clinical delivery, and business development and development of overall outpatient services.  Provides the support, consultation and training to employees and organizational issues.  Participates in community and professional educational activities as requested.  Develops and promotes clinic services to DFW businesses and health care community.

Job Summary:

• Manifests problem-solving abilities and decisive leadership
• Ensures outpatient clinics remain in compliance with all accrediting standards
• Provides clinical and administrative supervision to staff as needed
• Performs marketing and business development functions for the clinics and EAP
• Supports program leaders in development and marketing of their programs
• Provides consultation & support as EAP counselor as needed
• Manages outpatient services in prudent fiscal manner
• Networks with Peers and Colleagues
• Adheres to hospital policies and procedures
• Conduct reinforces the Company’s values and promote the Code of Conduct
• Meets his/her leadership obligations under the Ethics and Compliance Program
• Performs other duties as requested or required

Qualifications

• Masters degree in psychology, social work, counseling or marriage & family therapy.
• Clinical license such as LCSW or LPC required.
• PhD in Psychology or related field preferred. 
• Must have three years experience in individual, group and/or family therapy.  
• Prefer at least 2 years of child, adolescent and adult psychotherapy experience in a psychiatric environment. 
• Experience in management and leadership.
