You contribute to our success. Every role has an impact on our patients’ lives and you have the opportunity to make a difference. We are looking for a dedicated Laboratory Office Coordinator like you to be a part of our team.

As the Laboratory Office Coordinator, you will support the lab team in a variety of functions including customer service and administrative support. In addition, you will receive and handle specimens as necessary.

  • You will register patients for lab services and enter orders into the lab database.
  • Maintain patient files and maintain current knowledge and practice of billing compliance.
  • You will perform miscellaneous office duties such as filing, copying, supply ordering, and patient chart maintenance.
  • Process and/or complete Direct Patient Access registration and result reporting procedures.

REQUIREMENTS

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Additional training in reception/secretarial functions and use of basic computer software preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of reception/office experience
  • Laboratory experience preferred

HOURS

  • PRN
  • Weekends and Holidays may be required
