Description:

Utilizing the standards set forth for Nursing Practice by the ANA the RN will organize, modify, evaluate, document and maintain the plan of care for Rehabilitation adult and geriatric patients. It will include individualized, family centered, holistic, supportive, and safe care.

 

Qualifications

  • Must be a graduate of a professional school of nursing
  • Must have a minimum of an ADN
  • Must have a minimum of one year experience as an RN in Inpatient Rehab, Med Surg, Acute LTAC or Skilled nursing experience
  • Must have a current RN license by the State of Texas of from a Compact State
  • Current BLS - American Heart Association
  • ACLS - required within six months of hire or transfer
  • Must have strong oral and written communication skills
