We are seeking a(an) Mental Health Clinician - OP for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for providing group, individual and family therapy and consultation for patients and their families as a part of a multidisciplinary team with a strong emphasis on group therapy. Provides case management, follow-up and discharge planning with patients. Documents daily in charts. Also assists in program development. Develops, implements and reviews treatment plans and discharge summaries.

What qualifications you will need:

Required Education: Master’s Degree

Preferred Education: Master’s Degree in Social Work or Psychology

Required License: Licensed Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor,

Psychologist or other appropriate licensure as related to education

Preferred License: None

Required Experience: Two years of experience as social worker/counselor

Preferred Experience: Three years of experience as social worker/counselor
