Schedule: Full-time, Nights Rotating Weekends

Position Summary:

The LVN is responsible for the delivery of patient care by applying skills and techniques common to the practice of vocational nursing. The Licensed Vocationa lNurse functions under the supervision of a Registered Nurse and performs tasks related to patient care.

Qualifications

License/Registration:   

• Current Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license issued by the Texas Board of Nursing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an HCA approved vendor

Education/Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited school of Vocational Nursing.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an acute care hospital within the last 3 years
